PR Log (Press Release) –
Jan 05, 2010 – Fast-Brake, an industry leader in sports safety and adhesive performance mats, finishes up its best year to date with the close of 2009 and plans to make 2010 its biggest year yet.
Fast-Brake offers a portfolio of tacky mats which allows athletes to remove court/mat dust and grit, resulting in quicker starts, stops, and lateral movements. By simply walking across the special adhesive mat, players are able to remove dust, grit and wax from their shoe bottoms, without leaving any kind of sticky residue on the shoes or floor. Besides being used for increasing players’ performance, the Fast-Brake Mats are used to help increase safety and prevent injuries for players. The product's popularity steadily continues to increase as it is seen at basketball, volleyball, fencing, karate, MMA, wrestling, racquetball, and tennis events at all different levels across the country.
The Fast-Brake mat is composed of two parts: a base and an adhesive replacement mat that adheres to the base. The base is made out of a strong plastic, while the adhesive replacement mat is made out of thin special adhesive sheets that tear off like a tablet. The product comes in two team sizes measuring 15’’X18’’ and 26’’X26’’. The mat also is made in an “individual use” size for individual players.
With athletes using the product internationally, Bob Sliwinski, the Fast-Brake creator and owner, says, “In 2010 we plan to continue to give our customers 100% satisfaction with our products and services. We also are excited to expand the Fast-Brake product line by introducing new, exciting products to offer athletes an edge over their competitors.”
Besides its use in athletics, the product is also used to maintain an uncontaminated environment by top professionals in the photography, automotive, real-estate, medical, and contracting industries.
In addition to expanding the Fast-Brake line, a new and improved website is planned to become live to the World Wide Web in early 2010.
