Eight years ago, SendCare.com owner Alayna Setter mobilized students and local businesses in the Seattle area to assemble and ship 1,000 care packages to the 9/11 relief workers at Ground Zero in New York City. In response, they received many letters of thanks from Officer Grimes and other relief workers.

On the eighth anniversary of 9/11, Ms. Setter sent a personal message to over 7,000 customers and over 1,200 Facebook fans, urging remembrance and community involvement.
