Nanton boasts 19 years in apparel design and development, honing his impeccable tailoring, tone and topography skills at Giorgio Armani, JC Penney and Manuel Designs. The St. Croix, Virgin Island native is a font of creativity, having played trumpet in jazz, reggae and rock bands and won acclaim for his artistic sensibilities as a painter as well.
Yang, who hails from Seoul, South Korea, graduated from New York’s prestigious Parson School of Design, then cut her design teeth at Donna Karan and Manuel Designs exhibiting an rare combination of forward-looking vision and practical “wearability”.

Macsween Haggis Invades London

Jun 12, 2009 – London has emerged as England’s top haggis-eating city, according to Macsween of Edinburgh. Some 20 per cent of the company’s haggis are now sold in the capital. Altogether, more haggis is now sold in England than in Scotland.
This goes to show that, while traditionally seen as the culinary centrepiece of Burns Night, haggis is now popular as a nutritious and easy-to-use ingredient throughout the year, enlivening canapés, pakoras, lasagne, pies and many other recipes.
Given London’s importance for Macsween, it’s only natural that the company has taken a stand at this years’ Taste of London show, which takes place from 18th to 21st June. Macsween will be offering a mini haggis nacho tasting and provide recipe ideas for haggis lovers.
The company points out that this year is the 250th anniversary of Robert Burns’ birth - the whole of Scotland is celebrating 2009 as the year of Homecoming, with an events programme celebrating Scotland's great contributions to the world. 2009 is also the 25th anniversary of the Macsween vegetarian haggis - the frontrunner of all future vegetarian haggis products.
Jo Macsween said: “While haggis sales naturally peak in January due to Burns Night, we are experiencing higher percentage growth year on year outwith the winter months. 2009 is shaping up as the best year yet. Jun 11, 2009 – Basically, somebody may knock a goodly amount of liquid into the keyboard and now it wasn’t functioning correctly.The symptoms were as expected, physically sticky keys and keys becoming electronically stuck as well. Not good news. So you may know how to replace it, such as Dell Inspiron 1540 keyboard. This article is about how to replce your Dell Inspiron 1540 keyboard.
This is the biggest cover on the base of the laptop and it’s a right shunt to remove. If you ever need to take this one off, remove all the screws you can see in the cover itself and then carefully start levering from the edge nearest the centre of the Dell Inspiron 1540 keyboard first. The plastic is thin and the whole circumference of the cover is fitted with small extrusions which serve as clips. These Dell Inspiron 1540 keyboard will bend to an extent as you free them, just hope you don’t break them! You only really need this cover off if you are fitting a Mini PCI or RAM upgrade part.
Having discovered there was no access to the Dell Inspiron 1540 keyboard fixings from this cover, and looked under the laptop battery cover. There I found three black screws which appeared to correspond to the cover above the laptop keyboard on the upper side of the laptop.
After removing the three black screws, I began levering up the edge of the fascia panel nearest the Dell Inspiron 1540 keyboard. This panel serves to hold the Dell laptop keyboard in place, it also comprises the button cover for the power switchgear and grilles for the speakers.
Once the bottom edge of the cover was freed, you should lift it away from the top edge revealing the clips that hold the Dell Inspiron 1540 keyboard in place (set of plastic tabs holding the top edge of the Dell laptop keyboard).
There’s not much else you can get access to from the Dell Inspiron 1540 keyboard bay, there’s no upgradeable parts here and you can only clean (not remove) the CPU fan from here. The Dell Inspiron 1540 keyboard is a pretty much sealed unit, I had a little try at soaking it in isopropyl alcohol but to no avail.
